The honest terms I am 18 or older. I understand this is not therapy and not a crisis service. It's software that can be wrong. It doesn't diagnose, and it can't send help to me. I understand how my data is handled: this server is run by Vitaly, who has technical access to it — including, technically, what I write. What I type is sent to Anthropic's API to produce replies (see Anthropic's own policies for what they do with it). If I use my voice, the audio is transcribed on this server; recordings are not kept unless I turn that on. I can export or delete everything at any time from Settings. Details. If I am in danger or thinking of harming myself, I will contact local emergency services or a crisis line — not rely on this site.
